If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, you must contact Abbie Cakes no later than twenty-four (24) hours following delivery or pick-up. Depending on the circumstances, and within sole discretion of Abbie Cakes, we will provide a full or partial credit refund on the purchase price of the order or provide store credit. Abbie Cakes may require that the product be returned to Abbie Cakes or that you send photographic images or other documentation of the basis of your dissatisfaction with the product before we process a credit or refund.
We strongly recommend that desserts be placed on a flat, floor surface, as this is safest for transport. Custom desserts often contain fragile decorations and elements that must be handled with the utmost care.Cakes and desserts should be refrigerated while stored, and should be served at room temperature.

Extreme temperatures caution: please note that all desserts must be handled with caution to prevent damage from the Arizona heat. It takes a matter of minutes for a buttercream cake or cupcakes in direct sunlight to melt. All cakes and desserts are chilled prior to pick-up. When possible after pickup, cakes and desserts should be refrigerated again. Cakes should be brought out of the fridge approximately two-three hours before serving to allow the cake and buttercream to soften and be enjoyed at room temperature. DO NOT leave cake or desserts outdoors, in direct sunlight or in a vehicle during transport (ie making a stop on the way home with the cake in tow).
